Together with well-known equipment manufacturers, Westfalen has developed special systems for particularly flexible use. Small and medium volumes of cryogenic liquefied gases can be supplied at short notice with these mobile supply units at an optimum cost-benefit ratio.
Our mobile tank and vaporizer systems for the supply of technical gases are ideal, especially for temporary operations. For inerting? For revision? For intermediate supply? Wherever and for whatever: Westfalen's mobile supply units are there for everything.. Contact us!
O2 input systems for aquaculture to wastewater treatment.
Intermediate supply, peak supply and ad-hoc supply for many other applications.
The video shows the large mobile Westfalen ISO container in combination with the mobile evaporators for liquefied gases during the application.
The mobile tank including vaporizer was driven to the desired location on a truck container chassis. The flexible use of this mobile vaporizer system ensures, for example, as an emergency or intermediate supply, the gas supply on site at the user. In the video, the 20-foot ISO container can be seen during the application. In our Gelmer tank farm, a propane gas sphere was purged with nitrogen and inerted so that the internal revision can take place without danger. When the cryogenic liquefied gas (in this case nitrogen) is withdrawn, the ambient air condenses, creating fog.
In addition to this large tank with evaporator system, Westfalen offers other mobile units, also for carbon dioxide. For more information, please feel free to contact us!
44 tons maximum weight of the container (empty weight 19 tons).
Possible applications include: As a liquid nitrogen tank, for liquid argon, liquid oxygen as a mobile storage tank.

Our mobile cold converters (MCC 7000) and containers are systems for storing and transporting cryogenic liquefied nitrogen, oxygen, argon and carbon dioxide. The systems each consist of a vacuum-insulated container with a capacity of between 3,700 m3 and 14,350 m3. The downstream product evaporators achieve an evaporation capacity of 200 m3/h up to 1,700 m3/h, which provides you with the product in gaseous form at operating pressures of up to 33 bar. The removal of liquid product is also possible without any problems. Depending on the system, these are transported on a swap body or chassis. Quick couplings allow immediate commissioning at the point of use. The assembly of a pipeline with pressure reducing device and safety group can also be realized within a very short time. Various connection types, such as flange or C-connection, can be connected.

The smallest of the big: transportable small containers.
A practical concept for the provision of larger quantities of argon, oxygen and nitrogen are Westfalen's transportable small containers. Cryogenically liquefied, these gases are available in containers with capacities of between 70 and 600 liters. The systems are fully equipped for immediate use and can also be fitted with additional equipment in special cases of need. The withdrawal is possible both in liquid and gaseous form.
Our Mobile Atmospheric Vaporizers MAV are units consisting of two air vaporizers to heat large quantities of cryogenic liquefied gases and provide them in gaseous form (e.g. argon, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, oxygen or nitrogen). Each evaporator has a nominal capacity between 590 m³/h and 1,000 m³/h and the evaporators can be operated with two different products simultaneously if required. An MAV is the ideal complement to our mobile containers. Quick couplings allow immediate start-up at the site of operation. A pipeline with pressure reducing device and safety group can also be set up within a very short time. For inerting, even C-hoses can be connected.
