Westfalen AG becomes Westfalen AG & Co. KG

By changing its legal form, the company is laying the groundwork for its long-term strategic development as a family-owned business. This change in legal status entails no alterations for customers, business partners, or employees; existing contracts, points of contact, and business relationships remain unchanged.

The Westfalen Group has been active for over 100 years in the fields of technical gases, refrigeration and heating, service stations and mobility, and respiratory home therapy. Founded in Münster in 1923, the family-owned company supports its customers in positioning themselves for the future through its products and solutions. Today, Westfalen operates through numerous subsidiaries and affiliates at more than 20 production sites across Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, and Austria. In the 2024 fiscal year, the company generated revenue of over €2.1 billion with a workforce of approximately 2,300 employees.
